Website Maintenance Terms of Service

Timeline for Changes
We strive to make any changes within a 24 hour period (excluding weekends and holidays). While we do not guarantee this timeframe we will notify you immediately if your changes will take more than the 24 hour period.

For larger or more complicated changes, timeline will be addressed on an individual basis.

Confidentiality
In order to function as a maintenance service, Elegance in Design will require certain confidential information such as (but not limited to) login information, ftp and email information, etc. We will take reasonable steps to insure this information is kept in the strictest confidence. No information shall be given to any third party without agreement and confirmation from client.

Scope of Work
When a client subscribes, they can select up to 2 websites. We will perform content updates, graphic changes, and basic coding changes to these sites as directed by the client. If you have more than 2 websites you need monitored we can usually work out a modified subscription plan.

Any search engine marketing or optimization will not be provided though the subscription model. Limited to maintenance not website design. Once you have a site built you can use our maintenance plans, not before.

Subscription Period
All packages are set for 3 months. This is paid up front and sets your price for 3 months. If there are any price increases you are unaffected by this for the duration of your subscription period.

Pricing
The pricing table is listed on the maintenance page. If any work goes beyond the slated number of hours your plan allows we will inform you before continuing with any changes/updates.

After the subscription period ends you will be automatically renewed unless you wish to discontinue the service or switch over to a different plan. Discontinuing of this service must be done a full 3 business days before renewal date.
